How to make a return?
Please send us an email to request a Return Form (RMA). Once you have received an RMA from us, pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Include the RMA number on your return package, and send to our address as noted on the invoice. (We recommend that you insure the return packages to shopbeautifulskin.com. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
